Job Description:

As a receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Greeting visitors and guiding them with information about our courses and schedules.

Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

Maintaining a log of visitors, managing daily attendance records, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and students.

Assisting with basic administrative tasks like fee collection, filing, and updating student records.

Ensuring a clean and professional reception area.

Coordinating with the teaching staff for smooth class operations.

Key Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in [languages spoken in the area].

Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office, email handling).

A professional, polite, and approachable attitude.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
